  Job Responsibilities includes: Leading a team of Stress Engineers & Layout Engineers(7.0+) for timely completion of assigned projects complying all technical & Quality requirements. Providing a well-structured frame work for the team members to ensure smooth project execution. Mentoring the team members to enhance the capability to deal with the complexities involved in the project. Identifying key constraints/challenges & resolve upfront to streamline the project. Maintaining efficiency in form of proper utilization of Manpower available. Resolving day to day technical issues. Stress analysis of critical systems. Inter department coordination with various stakeholders of the project. Resolving technical queries and audit comments by various auditors. Reporting Job progress, Man-hour utilization status, key challenges and path forward to senior management. Preparing weekly plan for activities for the team. Providing resolution to critical site issues related to commissioning.Site Trouble Shooting Experience:  Two months at Jamnagar with responsibility of resolving commissioning issues and other site queries of Crude Train 2, Clean Fuel Unit, Alkylation Unit of Jamnagar Export Refinery (June -July 2009). Two months at Hazira, Surat for resolving commissioning related issues and other site queries of C4 Butene-1 Project. (Aug -Sep 2011). Resolved Critical Alignment issue of DTA Sat gas Compressor in 2 days without any cutting/re-welding. This Compressor readiness was critical for startup of ROGC unit of J3 project. [ June-2017] Resolution for critical alignment issue of DTA Platformer Recycle gas compressor. Resolved critical line lift issue in 36 Inch heater downstream line in RIL-Patalganga petrochemical facility.
