  Kinari2 - We are recreating Kinari from scratch to give the current users a better experience. Now the biologists can save their experiments and retrieve them at a later time. Curation has been extended to MMCIF files and also Crystals.I created the prototype for persistent experiments and developed the initial models of Kinari2. Using PHP for dynamic pages, and Python for PDB and MMCIF file parsing, and JSMol for visualization we have so far been able to perform Bioassembly for these molecules using our native code.   Responsible for creating grading schemes and independently grading the work of several Graduate students in their coursework(which involved projects and exams) of Graduate Systems which dealt with design, architectures and issues of modern and classical Computer Systems. It provided a comprehensive view of concepts and theorems governing standalone and distributed systems. The course was offered by Prof. Emery Berger.
