  In my position here I was responsible for the running of all fitness related activities, cleanliness and maintenance of all gymnasium equipment, ongoing training and self development. Direct liaising with clients and dealing with customers complaints. Managing staff to ensure the club standards stays high. Health and Safety, Fun and humour. From here I moved over to a Health and Racquet Club chain I was a Sales Consultant for 1 year and then progressed to be the Sales and Marketing Manager. I took full responsibility for the daily and monthly targets which I succeeded in with successful monitoring, ongoing training, and management of the sales team. This was also achieved by ensuring that we worked together to meet both individual and team targets. I was also responsible for achieving the cash mix target on a monthly basis, staffing, activity training, and making sure that the staff was always motivated and happy at work. As a requirement of my role was to travel to other clubs I also ensured that there was a responsible and trained staff member available to take responsibility in my absence. At present I motivate my staff daily to drive new business revenue in generating business from local corporate companies. I always strive to exceed the business expectations in driving the team in a positive manner to overachieve monthly, making sure that my consultants are always in a positive spirit to make sure that they achieve the required activity and daily targets. I live by the Ground Rule of always being honest and open with my staff as this always leads to trust for me, which has lead to the success of my previous teams.
