  Through Stanford’s Global Studies program, I had the opportunity to partner with Lalela, an educational arts program for at-risk youth based in South Africa. The central goal is to empower children’s voices through art, build their imagination so they can dream a better future, and break the cycle of extreme poverty one child at a time. I compiled monitoring and evaluation data from learner surveys, interviewed learners for the annual report, and connected with the impactful facilitators.
