  Aviation Senior Account Manager

  My role included procurement and management of new and existing business in all areas of aviation, including aircraft, Products, and Commercial General Liability policies, as well as all non-aviation related P&C policies for our clients, including Business Automobile, Commercial Property, Workers' Compensation, Medical Professional Liability, bonds, Management Liability, and Pollution policies. Apart from day-to-day tasks and duties, I performed contract reviews, insurance policy reviews, and provide clients recommendations and insight on their current insurance programs.I was tasked with the creation of all department templates, marketing materials, client documents (including submissions, binders, Certificates of Insurance) as well as other risk-identifying aids and templates for use in identifying and analyzing clients' risks and exposures. I worked directly with department lead and producer in procuring new business and new clients, which includes review of current policies, recommendations for changes to the structure/insurance program, as well as marketing efforts to the insurance marketplace. Outside of my department duties, I worked alongside an implementation team to update and change our agency management system across 6 locations. With this role, I worked on the pre-implementation process including data review, system configuration, decisions on data conversion, training our staff on the new system, and post-implementation tasks including system configuration maintenance and employee training and troubleshooting.
