About me
Hi, I’m Navin Rajpal — Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Biltrax Construction Data, India’s leading and most comprehensive market intelligence platform for the construction industry. At Biltrax, I lead a passionate team of 100+ professionals working with Sales, Marketing, Specifications, Business Development, and Strategy teams at 100+ of India’s top construction material manufacturers. Together, we help clients identify high-impact opportunities, deepen market penetration, and unlock thousands of crores in additional revenue — powered by our proprietary data and analytics. As of April 2025, we track over **55,000 live projects** worth **₹100 lakh crore (US$1.2T+)** across 100+ geographies in India — spanning buildings, industrial/manufacturing, roads & highways, water & sanitation, power, and more. Each year, our data enables over **$2B in transaction activity** across the Indian construction industry and helps generate ~$500M in incremental revenues for our clients. Before founding Biltrax in 2018, I spent 12+ years across the US and Indian construction industries — managing project feasibility, design, engineering, execution, contracts, and business development. My work spanned residential, commercial, hospitality, education, data centers, and luxury housing, delivering millions of square feet. Biltrax was born from that journey — built with a deep-rooted *Construction DNA* and a singular mission: to solve the inefficiencies in how our industry approaches sales, marketing, specifications, and growth. I’m passionate about applying structured data and technology to transform how the construction ecosystem operates in India.
