      Throughout my tenure, I led the development and implementation of the following innovative project:🏫 Campus Attendance System : As a software engineer, I took charge of crafting a comprehensive Campus Attendance System, tailored to revolutionize efficiency within educational institutions. This groundbreaking system transformed traditional attendance tracking through the strategic application of cutting-edge technology and a robust architectural framework.The architecture included an intricate network of edge CAS units capturing data across all course venues in the campus, synchronized seamlessly with a central CAS system. I integrated edge CAS system units camera records, seamlessly with course schedules, faculty information, and student attendance details. The system's intelligence processed this data, computing student presence during course hours and thus , enabling a comprehensive analysis of student engagement throughout the campus.Leveraging Django Framework, I also added a dynamic platform allowing different user groups—students, teachers, and administrators—to access, update, delete, and add relevant information. Utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, I implemented triggers for online and scheduled offline synchronization between the central and edge CAS systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.🚦 Traffic Analysis System (TAS) Enhancements:Expanding on the innovative Traffic Analysis System (TAS), I contributed significantly by incorporating additional functionalities to ensure pedestrian safety and adherence to traffic regulations.Hand in Pocket (PO) & Using Cell Phone (KE): Further augmenting the system's capabilities, I integrated two additional rule aimed at detecting individuals with their hands in their pockets and using cellphone while crossing the road.
