  ▪︎ As Demand Planning Process Owner, leading, designing and ensuring the successful implementation (Stochastic implementation) of Demand Planning (DP) in Supply Chain Planning System (SCPS). Specifically:✓ defining the project's Aim and Objectives on the Demand Planning and determining how these will be pursued based on the specifics of the Organisation, while ensuring that related activities are aligned with the latest updated Project Timeline (SMART framework)✓ sharing the previous Researched & Developed solution design with the implementation partners(s) to support the solution design part in SCPS✓ performing additional Research & Analysis in close collaboration with the implementation partner(s) to facilitate the new solution design, while acting as "One Team" end-to-end✓ reviewing Blueprint, submitting comments, recommendations and exchanging ideas with the the Director of Operational Research & Supply Chain Planning | S&OP Lead, and implementation partner(s) ✓ completing SIT and UAT testing, identifying risks (standalone on DP and end-to-end) while proceeding, if necessary, to the appropriate actions to address them ✓ preparing Probabilistic Risk Assessments to mitigate the risk (FTA, ETA, Bayesian inference), and proposing a Contingency Plan in case of difficulties✓ following the Research, Project Management, and Management Consulting principles ✓ working closely with the Director of Operational Research & Supply Chain Planning | S&OP Lead, the rest of the Project Team members and our implementation partner(s) to deliver added value as one single S&OP Team and improve efficiency▪︎ Performing scenario planning & analysis in SCPS, leveraging concurrency element to improve agility ▪︎ Analysing trends and patterns of demand at different levels of granularity by applying Stochastic techniques, while conveying the key message in the Demand Review deck though data storytelling Show less
