In this time i learned how the ins and outs of a coffee shop function including: ordering from suppliers, opening and closing the tills, training new staff members, food health and safety, and the basics of making quality coffee.I love connecting with people and there was no shortage of this in the job. I was able to quickly create a steady loyal clientele who would come to connect with me and appreciated the love and devotion i poured into every coffee i made.In this job i learned that the quality of service was not only about the quality of the product but also came hand in hand with the quality of the server. Being genuine and ready to listen to your customer often outweighed the product. Combining quality product with quality service however is what i pride myself in and is the cause of a steady following of clients and friends. Show less

  As Client Care Manager at Peter Hunt Real Estate I am often the first point of call to the business. I offer a caring and warm welcome to all who come into contact with the business and do my best to help clients with any questions or pass them on to the relevant staff members.I also manage a lot of our marketing materials, constantly trying to find new ideas and create ways to market a vendors property as well as our business. Breaking through the noise of other company's marketing campaigns and standing out is a real art form and I believe that the quality and creativity behind our marketing achieves this.In my role i also assist our Senior Sales Consultant in the sales process of a property. I assist at open homes, speak with buyers, get to know the vendors and help in any way that i can. I am loving learning more about the sales of residential property and aim to become a sales agent in the near future.I also assist our Property Manager, speaking with tenants and landlords, finding appropriate tenants, helping at open homes and many other tasks.I believe to be an effective sales agent you need to understand the depth and expanse of the Real Estate Industry. Being able to perform any job including property management and administration tasks creates a more efficient and knowledgeable agent.I am thankful to Peter Hunt Real Estate for providing me with such and extensive education of the entire Real Estate Industry and i believe this will make me a much more effective Sales Agent.At Peter Hunt Real Estate we also highly value integrity and honesty.
