  Steven served as the Root River District Director for the Three Harbors Council. In that capacity he oversaw a number of aspects of Scouting in the southern portion of Milwaukee County. He was responsible for working with volunteers to run the annual Friends of Scouting campaign, with an annual goal of more than $57,000. In coordinating the Friends of Scouting campaign, Steven utilized Blackbaud CRM to manage his campaign. In addition Steven ran the annual membership recruitment, resulting in growth of 1% average. In addition to his responsibilities in the Root River District Steven also served as Staff Advisor to the Three Harbors Council Popcorn Sale which generates more than $385,000 in revenue for the Council annually. Steven also coordinated the Milwaukee Brewers Scout Night, which saw more than 1,700 Scouts and families attend the outing.   Steven currently serves as the Committee & Governance Specialist at ASQ. In this role, he is responsible for working with volunteers to implement the organization's governance evolution strategy. He is leading the project to implement a new governance document management system. Steven serves as the Staff Liaison to several committees including the Society Nomination Committee, the Tellers' Committee, the Governance Committee, and the Bylaws Committee. Steven has supported the process of holding multiple Society-wide elections for the Board of Directors, and has supported the process of a member vote on Bylaws Amendments. Show less
