      Implemented a new vision, mission and strategic plan for a broad range of supports and services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder across the most populated parts of Southern Ontario. This eventually involved supporting more than 6,500 individuals and their families, with community outreach, clinical/treatment, family counselling, residential vocational and recreational options, as well as various other community living supports. Supports and services grew more than 6-fold during his tenure (to a staff complement of more than 1,000 and a budget of more than $50 million) so that KPAS became by far the largest agency in Canada specializing in supporting individuals of all ages on all parts of the autism spectrum with a continuum of support. During much of this period Dr. Rampton supervised the development and operations of the KPAS Clinical Department as its Clinical Director, in addition to his other executive responsibilities.
