  Working for Zup Innovation's biggest client, I was a Product Designer for the Microcredit product at Itaú Unibanco. Microcredit is a loan product specifically designed for micro-entrepreneurs in the Northeast region of Brazil.As a designer, I had a cross-functional role with 7 squads and my main activities included:• Creating interview scripts for qualitative and quantitative research;• Conducting interviews with stakeholders and customers;• Conducting discoveries, mapping journeys, understanding contexts and analyzing results;• Developing interfaces, prototypes and wireframes using Figma;• Intermediating with the development team;• Conducting usability testing;• Developing solutions using agile methods and design thinking;• Collaborating with product managers and the business team.
