  I was hired by BTPN to build the UI UX team of Jenius. Jenius is the first digital bank that at the time revolutionized the banking world in Indonesia. It's a challenging but very rewarding project as I'm not quite familiar with the banking industry at that time. At the time I was hired, the Jenius team is still in the incubation stage, you can count the people with one hand. My first task there is to keep up with the tight schedule and aggressive roadmap that we have in order to launch this digital bank in 6 months' time. As we grow the team, we also expand our proposition from day-to-day banking to personal financial management as well. It's really a moment of growth for me as an individual, learning about new domains and sharpening my thinking and creative process by learning about the business and end-to-end operation of a product.I come in offering my skill as a designer and a design lead, but on the job, I actually got a lot of new experience, skill, and knowledge every day. Even at some point I end up being an interim PO, trusted to lead the product exploration of the lending product for Jenius customers. Overall my time with Jenius was a learning phase for me to be a better Product Designer, Leader, and good person. Show less
