My role was to meet with the business and understand the details to constitute a new formulary. Next I would capture the requirements on JIRA and gather the data elements required to start the story.   Implemented automated IT asset management in Ameriprise for worldwide locations in CMDB ServiceNow platform. The project leveraged the assets connected to the Ameriprise network to extract the information and key it in the database automatically. I completed gap analysis for the current manual process of keying in of data for IT assets and applied it to gather requirements for the automated version. I helped in the full project cycle, starting from - initial requirement gathering, coordination with business and cross functional teams and testing the end result. We were able to hook 90% of Ameriprise’s IT assets to automated database entries in the pilot release. My role was also to generate reports on the ServiceNow platform and write regression testing cases. Show less

  Agile business analyst for the web and mobile department that focused on a public facing website that displayed directory of doctors and clinics, insurance network and public site content. I gathered requirements starting from the business stakeholders by presenting the proof of concept by UI/UX designers. My deliverables also included holding stand-ups, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings to utilize the benefits of agile methodology. I created process flows and architectural diagrams for new website features so that, there is no negative impact on the current system.
