Occasionally I would mandate back-of-house operations, as well as help in catering operations. Detailed:As proud managers of Carolina's, we are responsible for supervising front-of-house staff and making sure that we:- Presented recommendations for seasonal sales items such as beer of the week, T-Shirts, and gift cards to the board, streamlining POS which accumulated to an increase of $1,200+ in sales daily.- Reviewed P&L with the CEO and CFO to identify the highest & lowest penetration rates on all products, analyzing all products which increased the efficiency of deliveries from the restaurants to the customer by 12%.- Maintained and built relationships with 1,300+ customers daily, providing exceptional customer service and efficient food deliveries daily which translated to a customer satisfaction rating score of 97%.- Evaluated 60+ employees from the front of house staff to back of house kitchen staff, and the delivery dispatch center. We encourage any undergraduate or graduate student passionate about finance to apply. We aim for diversification, not only in our holdings but in the backgrounds and skill sets of our student portfolio managers.
