  My career in training spans 5 years in different fields. I began my training at a local Human Resource Management firm, where I was tasked with Management training. In particular; Supervisory leadership development training. I have had the pleasure of delivering training to a few big enterprises both government and private companies. Recruitment as well became my portfolio as well as consulting. On recruitment, the company strictly focused on executives. I then joined First National Bank of Botswana as their Training Consultant and my area of scope widened. I have been tasked with delivering learning interventions in the following areas; Customer Interaction skills, telephone etiquette, Performance management, and Supervisory development training. Apart from this, my role affords me the chance to interact with all our branches, the university(where I give career talks annually), and high and junior schools as well.
