  Worked as Research Assistant at MIMOS Bhd, a Strategic agency under the Ministry of Science Technology & Innovation Malaysia. The entire focus of the program was contribution to Artificial Intelligence. As research assistant, program's research was contributed to the company and worked along with industrial supervisors to develop a product ready to market. The research was focused on fine-grain image classification and designed better machine learning pipeline for semi-automatic annotations and creation of fine-grain data set. The project being Car Make & Model Recognition using Artificial Intelligence. Finally, the research resulted in the development of Fine-Grain Annotation Pipeline which enhances the power of conventional Convolutional Deep Neural Networks (CDNNs) and allow for much lower false positives. The confusion matrix result was 99% for overall classification accuracy on 10 car models. In a nutshell, this meant that less data input was required to reap the benefits of an extensive and highly complex annotated data set. Show less
