As such, I need their collaboration and assistance now and then. One strategy that I’ve used to try to foster strong working relationships is to first give of my own time and assistance generously. I seek out ways I can help my coworkers, and try to take extra steps to both fix the root cause of the problem, and prevent future possible issues. Or I will volunteer to take the lead on a support issue investigation, to help relieve some of the workload of teammates . I do this because I want to be valuable and helpful, but also so that I can grow strong working relationships with my coworkers. I know there will be times when I need their help, and I think it’s more likely that they’ll want to help me if I’ve already shown that I’m willing to help them.This role provided me with hands-on experience in leadership, project management, and business strategy Show less Every son dreams of working with their dad, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn from mine at Om Sai Cable Vision, a cable TV operator in Gujarat. Having spent 3 years at a firm from July 21 to July 24. While a lot of the knowledge I've learned is functional, I have a few generic lessons I can share here.Telephone and Email Management: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing communications to the appropriate people.Customer Service: Acting as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, often providing them with information or directing them to the right person.Data Entry: Entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems, such as spreadsheets.Travel Arrangements: Organizing travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff or executives.Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to support their administrative needs.Professionalism: Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, reflecting well on the company.Crisis Management: Dealing with unexpected situations, such as rescheduling meetings or handling urgent tasks.Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in office procedures and suggesting or implementing improvements.   Heading a Team at Internship project gave me a good practical experience of Team Management,Leadership and Project Management.Varun Beverages, in contrast to other manufacturing units had a strong emphasis on maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene, not only for the labourers but also for the entire workplace. The empowerment that I received on my internship was one of the most rewarding aspects.In addition, my teammates trusted me and my abilities to assist them with the miscellaneous work I passed across their desk.In summary, I am greatly humbled and thankful to all of my Teammates and Heads at Varun Beverages for providing me with the ability to develop personally and professionally.
