      Jan 2011 - Jul 2014
      Research Technician

Lab Technician in Dr. José Antonio Enriquez lab (GENOXPHOS). I have supported different research projects helping to study the role of the oxidative phosphorylation system in cardiovascular functions. I was the reference person for the group in charge of animal models. My duties included: colony management, PCR and protocols for mitochondria characterization. During this period I obtained the certificate for experimental work with animals.

      Research Technician

Laboratory technician in the Immunology and Allergy Department, in Dra. Victoria del Pozo lab at “Health Research Institute” in Hospital Fundacion Jimenez Diaz. Madrid. I was a collaborator in the project "Exosomes derived from lung cells activate eosinophils structural and direct asthma progression." Among others, some of my tasks were collecting patient samples for processing and storage; using cytometry to verify inflammatory cell populations in patients; developing primary cell cultures.
