  Contracted for MIS Reporting and Analytics, I served as a consultant on the Independent Foreclosure Review pursuant to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency 2011 Consent Order. My daily analytic functions included reconciling with the servicer for database integrity and regularly producing dashes, PPT decks, and reports conveying information for over 900 Analysts on the project. Going above and beyond expectations, I modified and produced daily a Production Model that conveyed over 600 Complaint Review Analysts’ production. Additionally, I developed and produced a weekly Efficiency Rate Model and Forecast on individual Analyst’s hour-production ratio. Through collaboration, I assisted in developing a Lever Model to reforecast future production using the hard forecast’s variance. These contributions increased synergy and production on the Project.
