Designed and supervised the construction of completion fluid facilities in 5 locations along the Louisiana Gulf Coast. Recruited and trained sales and operations personnel that led to MI becoming a premier supplier of CF products and services in the LA GOM. Part of a hand picked 5 man team that developed and implemented the Integrated Fluids Engineering (IFE) program at MI. Did extensive global rollout and training to promote the IFE concept.Designed and started the construction of a new CF facility on Pelican Island. Before it was complete, was transferred to Oklahoma District to "fix" chronic market share and profitability problems. Successes resulted in 2 promotions over 5 years.   While I don't like saying I was a victim of COVID and the overall economy, I was definitely a causality. Market conditions and the resulting lack of opportunities prompted me to start E2M and offer my leadership/management expertise in several O&G services/products and midstream produced water operations to the industry. To date, I have been the lead auditor for an independent drilling fluids company who needed facility intelligence on PEMEX's shorebase drilling fluid plants in Mexico. For the last 3 1/2 years, I have also been actively engaged in another start up that has developed a digitized drilling fluid monitoring system for use on land and offshore. As one of the architects of the IFE concept developed and marketed by MI SWACO, I was the lead on the integrated portion of the digitized drilling solutions system. I have been leading the efforts to commercialize this system that has one patent, one patent pending and one more almost ready to submit. Show less
