  Being part of a global support team (Marketing technology support), our customers were mainly internal product marketers and designers.I was tasked of supporting them using our internal set of tools:- Support marketers to configure complex products and NPIs.- Troubleshoot and solve issues related to our set of tooling.- Detect areas of improvements and manual work and create solutions to automate processes. Was part of the DIFY team. A team of designers tasked to create and/or edit designs on vista products based on customer's requests.Customers send their briefs and assets through the website and our team was responsible to take care of these requests, desing per the customer's need and follow up with them to make sure we met their needs.

  Part of Cimpress technology product catalog domain, I led a team of Devops engineers, on promoting engineering excellence practices (helping our engineers having more visibility for better accountability) and designing and implementing a Fault tolerant infrastructure.I led two projects and helped as program manager on multiple security domain projects and initiative working with multiple squads :- App registry: Helping our engineers become more accountable we created an application to give them visibility on our domain's application, having a clear understanding of app's ownership, cloud spent aggregated at different levels, security informations on each application. Ive put together, maintained and refined the product backlog, written epics stories based on feedback loops and also organized scrum ceremonies, backlog refinements, retros, customer's demos, use case testing, UI/UX testing, regular meetings with our domain squad leads and security team, to make sure we're delivering the most value to our dev teams.- The Fault tolerant Infrastructure:With the goal of securing and having a more reliable applications to our internal customers, my team was responsible of designing and implemeting a robust infrastructure that can tolerate incidents without interupting our users, and have all our application implemented in EKS multi regions clusters with different DB backups in different regions to avoid data loss and application downtime.With the help of my team of devops engineers i put together the roadmap and our product backlog, maintained regular meetings with different squad leads accross Cimpress domaind to collect feedback and help prioritize work based on what brings the most value to our project and also maintained regular scrum meetings with my team to help deliver this product.- Program management: I've program managed three security projects working with all our domain squads to help them achieve security compliance based on our company standards. عرض أقل
