  -Reviewed and analyzed customer order forms and building drawings to determine best elevator design for our customers. -Designed elevator systems using complex spreadsheets and engineering documentation to deliver a safe and reliable product. -Communicated with project managers to determine any issues or questions that came up in design to make sure my designs were clear for their use in the field. -Worked cross functionally with project coordinators, design teams, and engineering to determine any questions or issues that came up during the design process. -Worked on Quality Concern Reports (QCRS) from our customers (TKE field) to determine issues that occurred and resolved them with correction, containment, and prevention.
