  Clinical Nurse Manager for the Rapid Response Team and Float Pool- Managed staffing, unit specific education, unit specific performance improvement activities, etc. I was responsible for implementing the dedicated Rapid Response Team at our hospital, known as the Stat Nurses. With this group, I helped initiate a MEWS monitoring and Sepsis alerting program through Amalga. I was also responsible for our Code Blue and Rapid Response team calls, procedure, data and perfomance improvement. Workflow gap analysis and ministry readiness for the implementation of Epic, our new EHR.
