Show less SVDN Development Project (Dai Nguyet WHP) - Package Engineer of Globe & Check valve package, Flexible Hose package.After the success of SV CPP offshore installation, I was promoted to be Senior Piping Engineer in Dai Nguyet WHP. My top priority is engineering support for the procurement of Globe and Check valve package, include but not limited to the following scope:- Report to Lead Piping engineer in case any conflict in good engineering practice and project valve specifications- Preparation of enquiry documents/material requisitions/technical bid analysis and purchase requisitions- Review tender proposal including specifications, drawings and other technical documents- Work with Bidder/Vendors for technical bid evaluations and technical query or deviation resolutions- Liaise with clients to close client comments on valve datasheet, GA, pressure test procedure- Provide technical assistance to on-site valve testing activities, material certificate reviewIn addition to Globe and Check valve package, I have been also Flexible Hoses and Connectors package with similar activity as above.Review AFC isometric drawing for material correctness, P&ID alignment, clashing avoidance, construction feasibility and etc.After the project detailed engineering phase comes to an end, I have been focal point of construction engineering support of receiving all site problem then coordinate all relevant personnel to find out solution.   Agogo FPSO Project- Assist the managing and coordination of all aspects related to FPSO layout, 3D Model and 3D Model Reviews.- Support coordination of all aspects related to Material Handling studies and equipment.- Support and manage various Engineering Contractor’s technical deliverables for both basic engineering and detailed design, as well as their timely issuance to support construction and integration activities.- Assist to plan and define refurbishment & life extension scope of work related to Piping Systems. This activity may involve site inspection of the candidate vessel and existing documentation gathering and cataloguing.- Ensure corporate Piping & Valve Specifications are implemented on projects and develop corporate Piping & Valve Specifications to suit Projects as necessary.- Provide support towards development and consolidation of piping-discipline engineering registers/lists, using input from the other disciplines.- Assist in interface engineering registers, P&IDs, calculations and drawings.
