  At the Capri I assisted in the establishment of Front Office night auditing procedures, such as settlements, balancing and system EOD roll. I also assisted on the development of guidelines and training for Night Auditors and Night Managers at the property, using the HMS Infor, PMS and HotSOS systems. Along with maintaining high standards of customer service and smooth run of the property during the "graveyard shift" periods, I strived to bring our property to use rigid procedures on accounts and safe balancing. I also developed Capri's procedures regarding airline disrupt guests given my extensive experience on the matter.For Fraser Hospitality's new, establishing property in Brisbane I also created, developed and streamlined Night Auditing procedures suitable to Fraser's accounting and procedural requirements, culminating in the creation of Night Auditor and Night Manager manuals for the property in Brisbane.In my tenure, I took on the process of clearance and minimisation of Open Balance accounts, a field where the daytime management was not delivering, greatly improving Capri's performance when undergoing periodic external audits. Also worked on the establishment of procedures improving car park monitoring, resulting in a significant increase in car park revenue.My contribution while in the Night Audit was a streamlining and simplification of procedures, and delivery of higher standards of reporting and accounting regarding Front Office and F&B operations. That was a valuable experience in a boutique hotel environment and liaison with related restaurant/pub and liquor shop.
