Mentee/Mentor Management :• Mentee induction and management by tracking their progress and addressing any issues.• Focus on retention of young adults registered in the programs by having monthly meetings.• Impact Assessment and Evaluation: Ensure Impact Assessments are completed for each of the batches and impact is closely monitored.• Quality Monitoring: Ensure quality standards are maintained in data collection – baseline and endline survey.Provide support with creating and implementing document management system to track all mentor/mentee data for all batches including enrolments, attendance, drop-outs, feedback, assessments, etc.• Provide support with logistics and implementation of mentor training sessions such as identifying venue organising refreshments etc.• Recruiting and interviewing volunteers to enroll in the Dream Mentoring Program. • Effective matching of mentors and mentees and providing support in ensuring the successful progress and completion of relationships. Partnership Management:• Identifying new partner centers that work with young people from vulnerable backgrounds• Provide support in managing partner organisations and help identify young people between the ages of 14 to 18 for the Dream Mentoring Program.• Report back to all partners quarterly and annually in a timely manner, keeping within deadlines set.• Provide support in managing partnerships with corporates and program partners.
