  Led the implementation for the Louisville region of the largest project in the history of the American Red Cross Blood Services (ARCBS). This cross-functional project implemented a new software system that consolidated the 36 regional donor databases into a single system-wide database. Managed additional projects including software implementations, standardization of supplies and processes, process improvement projects, new equipment implementation, and division restructuring project. Served as Change Management trainer, Site Implementation Lead for the release of Change Management regulated documents, back-up Change Administrator, and Change Management Process Council representative. Followed a 12-week process for the execution of each blood drive project.   Stood up and created a program structure for two new programs. Managed a total of three programs during four years, managing two programs simultaneously for nine months before being promoted to Lead, Portfolio Management. Responsibilities included: managing program budgets (up to $9.8M), managing IT Project Managers, driving work to completion, managing program-level risks and issues, and creating and delivering program reports to senior leaders. Key accomplishment - initial implementation of MHK platform for Humana's grievances and appeals team.   Release Train Engineer

  Served as Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the Specialty Product Agile Release Train (ART) which launched in March 2022 until it was disbanded. In August 2022, took on the role of RTE for the Specialty/Group Enrollment ART. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating ART-level ceremonies (PI Planning Events and Inspect & Adapt and Problem-Solving Workshops, Scrum of Scrums and ART Sync), coaching scrum masters of the six teams on the ART, work with scrum teams to manage dependencies and work closely with Product Manager and the Solution Architect to lead the ART.
