      Coordinate all activities with 5 directly reports, to detect opportunities to increase efficiency, decrease waste and improve finance indicators, working together with Kaizen Pillar Leaders as Planned Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Focus improvements, Training and Finance. Develop & implement plans for the opportunities detecting in each Pillars. Implement maintenance plan to reduce break down. Optimize the use of spare parts as a preventive maintenance reducing the cost of it. Increase the efficiency in 4.9%. Reduce waste .9%. Improve process (reducing dust in sealing area in 75%). Install new generator electrical power to save 40% in money. Excellent execution of important project as: new office building in manufactures area, relocate sealing process line from Venezuela to Argentina, relocate sealing process line from Argentina to Venezuela, install a new horizontal line of carton printing 7 colors, Adequate a new building for service process technical area; achieving time and budget on plan of each projects.
