Ensuring payments are received and monthly targets are met.- Development of a continuous improvement project, which reduced the account receivables from 5% to 1.5% year average.- Reconciling of general ledger accounts, with analysis and reporting of data to stakeholders Show less Responsible for two Third Party Storage locations across Europe as well as a large portfolio of logistics administration which include fixed and variable cost processing & stock management.Key Accountabilities & Highlights:- SPA for all daily logistics operations activity covering the movement of approx. 95,000mt of Acetyls products into DOC Livorno and Tepsa, including taking responsibility and acting as a single point of contact for the receipt and validation of all fixed and variable costs associated with the Logistics Operations activity & ensuring that they are logged and processed in a timely manner; - Stock Management SPA for one of the second largest third party storage location in Europe, Doc Livorno and Tepsa with an annual spend of approx 1.7m Euros with a throughput of 86KT, including performing month end stocks reconciliation at both these terminals;- In collaboration with all storage locations, I assisted in monitoring daily operations, and worked with the Account Coordinators and Contract Manager, to drive through performance improvements.- To carry out all additional administrative tasks including the collection of End User Declaration forms for Anhydride and issuing of Long Term Origin Declaration.- Ensuring freight rates and additional charges are kept up to date in SAP and logistics freight matrix as well as liaising with LSP to complete the self-billing process each month for 9 haulage companies. Clearing around 1.1million Euros per month. This includes random checking of CMR’s for extra charges to comply with the companies ICE procedures and working on strict deadlines to complete invoices.- Continuously discuss and undertake activities managed by two other Logistics Operations Specialists in order to provide a flexible working environment to cover holiday, sickness, training etc. Show less
