      Quartz Bravo Award Lisa Duncanson Feb 2016 I helped an internal customer with a complex rating issue which, at first glance, appeared to be a system defect. Using my rating background and in-depth knowledge of our systems, I was able to identify that in this situation the system was actually functioning as designed. This prevented more resources from having to be involved in research since I was able to avoid escalation entirely, and I was also able to better educate our internal partners which will prevent repeats of the same issue.

      Topaz Bravo Award Team Manager Oct 2015 I received a Bravo award for staying at the office to cover the West Coast when one of our buildings in Washington lost power. Full disclosure, I also got a burrito that evening. I would've stayed to help regardless, but burritos are quite an effective motivator for me.
