      As First Responder Gator grants students their EMR certification, this course contains a lecture and lab component. As a Lead TA, I run my own lab classroom of about ten students. I personally put together lesson plans and delegate teaching roles to other teaching assistants. It is my responsibility to ensure group cohesion among TAs and convey content effectively. First Responder Gator is a course that grants students the Emergency Medical Responder certification. As course coordinator, I oversee the management of lectures, assignments, and course emails. Each semester, we host roughly 100 students, and I am responsible for overseeing their assignments and grades.
