The research conducted aims to learn more about the neurological, physiological, and psychological factors that lead to alcohol and substance use disorders in order to develop effective addiction treatment. Responsibilities include participant recruiting, phone screening, scheduling, and data entry. Student researcher in Dr. Marco Venniro's lab in the department of Anatomy and Neurobiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Research focuses on connecting addiction neuroscience with decision-making, motivation, and social behavior.
