       As a Corporate Internal auditor, I am responsible for Pre and Post audit of Purchase orders.Process Audit, Transaction Audit. Reconciliation of Debtors and creditors, Evaluation of billing cycle, revenue recognitions. Actual expenses against budget expenses reconciliation, Cash and IOU’s, bank reconciliation, statutory payments, prepayments, verifying ledger up to trail balance, scrutiny of cash, bank, journal voucher and warehouse operations. Also responsible for verification of vendors payments up to specific limits, pre and post facto of PO’s, rate analyses of A,B and C class material, finding out the reason of differences if any. Scrutinizing expenses of various departments i.e. HR, Admin, Purchase, logistics and projects.  Also responsible for routine physical verification of inventory, scrutiny of manual & oracle stock statement, reconciliation of material dispatched vs. required at site as per BOW Vis –a- Vis reconciliation of transportation and labor cost incurred for loading, unloading & transportation of good. Scrutinizing physical record of GRN, GRIN, DC, SRN, and BTM with oracle statements along with the statutory requirement need to be fulfilling for movement of stock. Visiting to sites, where civil work is on process and checking quality of material and workmanship, standard guidelines has to be followed and reporting to management in case of deviation/anomalies found there. Also surprise visits done at O&M sites to verify consumption of fuel and spare parts. Show less
