After reading an article in Property Week, I suggested any property with a Grade C or under rating needed addressing, this would save the company thousands in future tenancy void periods. - Being involved in a £1.2 billion valued direct investment vehicle was an invaluable experience into the BTR sector. Also, I gained excellent preparation experience in negotiating with local councils, to obtain planning permission for our mixed-use developments. Show less
