About me

•As a Corporate Communications Officer at REC Limited, a Maharatna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Power, I have been implementing my expertise in communications strategy, media engagement, social media communications, business development and branding. •Academically speaking, I have cleared the prestigious UGC-NET JRF exam in Mass Communication and Journalism. •Have been a visiting-faculty to many premier Mass Media institutions of the country. •Assisting and guiding budding media professionals/students in achieving their career pursuits. •Prior to joining REC Limited, I worked at Mazagon Dock Ltd, a Navratna public sector undertaking under the administrative control of Ministry of Defence, for more than five years. •During my stint at MDL, I was at the helm of affairs for liaising with various ministries, conducting VIP/VVIP visits, coordinating for various defence expos/exhibitions in India and abroad, managing the official Twitter/Facebook handle of MDL, and curating the 'Heritage Gallery', a marine museum of MDL. My journey in the field of corporate communications is driven by a commitment to continuous learning and a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape.
