  Responsible for reviewing and submission of system requests, conducting reviews on existing accesses, ensuring proper approval sought, providing advice on system issues, assisting in system projects, protecting the department from audit issues.- Promoted from a passive participant to a key member in the on boarding of the scanning and archival vendor; leading and managing relationships in order to obtain important system information and schemas for vendor to setup their system environment for production in two months.- Designed and implemented a new workflow that eliminates the need for CDs when transferring digital documents between the bank and onsite vendor. The workflow also requires the vendor to take up the work of scanning/indexing the documents; transferred to them via FTP; and upload them directly to the archival server.- Discovered that the client software used for uploading documents to the archive server cannot be migrated during a bank wide Operation System upgrade due to Java version incompatibility. Escalated the issue up the rank in Hong Kong, resulting in a dispensation and resources granted to develop a new version that based on the newer Java SDK.- Implemented the control and monitoring of Bulk Customer Level Data flow in the department as per guidelines set down by the bank’s project committee, and created the workflow for system request submission, ensuring that the backend operations can function properly under this data flow restriction.- Created an Excel database to track system ids used in the department.- Set up a procedure to request for printer access when the bank migrated to the new tap card printing solution without support; resulting in some new joiners and existing staff not able to print.- Introduce the review of share folder access to ensure that all folders are granted relevantly. - Tasked to assist in the review of wet signature limits for the department.
