      -Manages the Oil Spill Response Base staff -Manages OSRC activities-Exercises financial authority at the level established by the management for the job.-Ensure that expenditures and cost utilisation within the centre activities in order to ensure that costs do not exceed the established budget for the base.-Manages the implementation of the relevant policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls-Supports the provision of advice on the Emergency Response Plans of the Group Company assets and highlights potential best practice or area of improvement.-Monitors and reports continuously risk issues related to the OSRC’s activities and formulate solutions in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders-Ensure the delivery of training services to the Group Company Assets by the OSRC employees-Oversees the availability of accurate documentation for all departments according to company policy and the relevant laws and regulations-Leads the mobilisation of on-site survey and emergency response teams, upon notification of an emergency-Leads the operational emergency response initiatives by working with the relevant stakeholders to deploy the right human resources, equipment and materials-Play assigned role within ICS when required, during Tier 2 and 3 emergencies-Reviews and endorses all incident reports for Tier 2 and 3 emergencies and issues-Remains on-call as per the duty roster in order to respond in a timely manner to emergencies.-Carries out other duties as assigned by Management to fully contribute to the wide range of divisional operations.
