      I spent the early part of my career in senior roles leading professional services and product management teams in international technology companies. Since joining Select Strategies in 2009 I have worked with a wide variety of internationally focused businesses delivering highly successful strategic growth projects.I have extensive experience in delivery of executive education and have worked as programme manager on a range of programmes including Sales STAR, iGAP and Enterprise Ireland’s new startup initiative Founders Forum.I am particularly interested in leadership and team development and hold a first class honours diploma in Business & Executive coaching from Smurfit Business School. Having been bitten by the study bug I am currently studying for a masters in Executive Coaching.I am also a regular writer and have co-authored a number of business publications including The Product Management Minefield (2009) and The Growth Transformers Roadmap (2016).
