      As a IT Process Manager , I have an operational experiences in various ITSM processes such as Change, Software & Asset Configuration , Incident, Problem and integrate the services across vendors and produce management information . A glimpse of them are as follows :Change Manager : Define, lead and follow the process. Evaluate Change impact and assess the risk. Conduct & manage the Change Advisory Board. Evaluate, authorize & approve change requests. Conduct Post Implementation Review. Manage Change portfolio and report the defined KPIs and service levels agreed.Asset & Configuration Manager : Set , communicate & implement policies. Coordinate Governance , Processes & Reporting. Coordinate with partners & vendors. Liaise with IT , business owners and procurement team for consolidation and update of inventories. Identify , assess and quantify the risks. Maintain & monitor the execution the SACM lifecycle. Report KPIs and service levels.Incident & Problem Manager : Impact assessment & prioritization of incidents & problem. Facilitate & co-ordinate with the technical teams for speedy resolution. Manage periodic communication on the status of incidents and problem.
