Evaluate, authorize & approve change requests. Conduct Post Implementation Review. Manage Change portfolio and report the defined KPIs and service levels agreed.Asset & Configuration Manager : Set , communicate & implement policies. Coordinate Governance , Processes & Reporting. Coordinate with partners & vendors. Liaise with IT , business owners and procurement team for consolidation and update of inventories. Identify , assess and quantify the risks. Maintain & monitor the execution the SACM lifecycle. Report KPIs and service levels.Incident & Problem Manager : Impact assessment & prioritization of incidents & problem. Facilitate & co-ordinate with the technical teams for speedy resolution. Manage periodic communication on the status of incidents and problem.   As Change Process Analyst we are responsible to create transparency of ASML’s performance of the product change process and drive performance and process improvements.Roles & Responsibilities:• Initiate and drive process improvements in the change process based on your analysis and knowledge of the change process. Improvement examples are process redesign, awareness and competence campaigns or (IT) tooling developments.• Own and drive, together with line managers, key performance indicators of configuration management• Lead investigations of reported issues in the change process with known root cause analysis methods• Release documents and enable a smooth transfer of product developments with your knowledge of methods and tools.• Communicate effectively with sectors relying on the correct implementation of changes.• Improve adherence to the change process by performing periodic process audits, communicating the results and initiating improvement proposals.
