      I started as a sales assistant at PLM Plastics in Lidköping. Assisting the sales force with quotes, letters, administration and travel management were parts of the work. Also receiving orders from excisting clients and invoicing were daily tasks. I had a tight cooperation with the staff at the inventory during deliveries to the clients. During one year, I also was a sectretary for the CEO and handled all correspondence, planning and travel management.

      At 2 periods, partly during my IATA- and Travel Consultant education I worked at Nyman & Schultz Storstadsresor with selling of package tours including train/flight and hotel to 17 different cities in Europe. Most of the clients were private persons, selling and booking were done via telephone. The position also included travel abroad.

      I worked at Lufthansa city office in Gothenburg for almost 3 years. During the last year I also worked at Lufthansa Airport office at Landvetter Airport. My daily tasks included booking via telephone and over the counter, ticketing, reissue of tickets, group booking and contact with travel agents.The work also included much contact within Lufthansa such as with the space control in Frankfurt and different stations.

The world was our field and it was a very stimulating environment producing all different kind of special journey's, e.g. a group of hundreds of people going on a cruise, the small company visiting suppliers in the U.S. and a trip to Jukkasjärvi and Kebnekaise with a sustainable theme. This system is a tailormade ERP-system for the event-, business- and leisure-travel market, including e.g. order- and project-handling. My focus was to be a link between the users and the developing department and to create effective system solutions which improved the benefit for the clients and increased the strength of the system. Scrum and Kanban was the developing methods used, I am a certified Scrum Master (Crisp).To distribute the knowledge of the system to the users, I also performed educations in several parts of the system on different levels, from basic to superior level.
