  ARC35 Lab Leader

  ARC35 is a service for incoming UCR students who were not able to pass the Mathematics Advisory Exam (MAE) during the summer and allows them to retake the exam in order to take future math courses at UCR.- Provide assistance to incoming freshmen on mathematical topics.- Thoroughly teach students about college-level algebra to prepare them for college math courses.- Keep an organized schedule along with catering to any student's academic needs.

  ITS Multimedia Operator

  ITS Multimedia Operator involves assisting faculty through direct support and training on our classroom technology. The equipment includes but is not limited to classroom PCs and MACs, microphones, touch monitors, and projector screens. Additionally, Multimedia Operators work directly with staff computer resources specialists on operational tasks that use sound systems, video recording, live streaming, projector set-up, and screen set-up.

  A nationwide project involving students to engineer a next-generation battery electric vehicle (BEV) that utilizes automation and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) connectivity to implement energy-efficient and customer-pleasing features, while meeting the decarbonization needs of the automotive industry.● Lead the electrical systems, design, and integration efforts for UCR’s team in the EcoCAR EV Challenge, focusing on re-engineering a 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ to incorporate advanced electric propulsion, automation, and V2X connectivity.● Organized schedules and facilitated meetings with faculty advisors to review project milestones and ensure UCR’s competitive edge in the Advanced Vehicle Technical Competitions (AVTC).● Utilized CAD software Siemens NX to model and integrate a new drive unit into existing assemblies, ensuring precise positioning and secure mounting within the vehicle.● Fostered collaboration and knowledge-sharing among cross-university teams and faculty, driving innovative solutions to complex design challenges.● Designed and integrated a 12-volt disconnect system for the Cadillac LYRIQ, ensuring prioritized power-up of competition equipment followed by the vehicle's standard electrical systems.● Redesigned the high voltage system for the Cadillac LYRIQ, incorporating a custom junction box to enhance system safety, reliability, and performance.
