      Operations Execution Manager (OEM) – NGMS San Diego Site OptimizationIn this role, I was selected by VP-level executives to strategize and execute site optimization for Mission Systems in San Diego, serving as the pilot for the Sector. I play a pivotal role in supporting NIS Division's objectives to scale up without increasing physical space by optimizing facility usage based on Future of Work (FoW) and AOP Growth Profiles. This involves transforming office spaces into Manufacturing/Classified Lab spaces. I’ve implemented a 32% reduction in leased real estate (126,607 sqft) within a year, generating $5.4M annual savings and a ROI of 1.77 years.
