  • Employed as a Student Ambassador in my first year, and promoted to Senior in my second, which involves:• Representing the University at Higher Education fairs, visiting schools and colleges nationwide to speak to students, parents and teachers, advising on courses and applications, distributing prospectuses and delivering presentations on University Life.• Widening Participation: Working with local high-achieving students from disadvantaged backgrounds on subject-related workshops to encourage progression to HE, assisting with activities, laboratory work, giving advice on university and student life• Student Recruitment Events: Supervising Student Ambassadors on recruitment events and liaising with staff, delivering Campus Tours for prospective students on UCAS Offer Holder Days.
