      As a Digital Accelerator, I work to digitally up-skill the 4,100 Core Assurance staff andpartners in PwC's Bay Area Pacific Northwest market through the facilitation of one-on-one coaching sessions and planning and execution of office and market-wide events. I have completed ~250 hours of rigorous training in various automation technologies, including data analysis, data visualization, robotics process automation, and coding. I have built countless solutions using these tools to automate audit processes, resulting in thousands of hours of time savings. I utilize Human Centered Design methodology to help teams develop adoption strategies for new technology and to identify opportunities on their audits for automation. I am a spokesperson for PwC's digital strategy, regularly delivering presentations to clients, recruits and new hires to explain how the firm's digital journey increases the value for our clients and employees, and how it fits into the firm's long-term vision.
