  Summer Internship - Organization OTE 2015• Participation in the activities and operation of Coordination - Control & Management Support department of T.D.KRITIS.• Use the Information System DSS-SP for the control-monitoring projects.• Use WFM Information System for the automatic requests-breakdowns.• Monitoring Network Projects in the field.• Monitoring and supervising the implementation of Air works by the contractor. (Shifts poles and cables, simple and type T8 and BOX.)• Control and supervision of old material and returning material to the stockyard of OTE.• Present at the opening project of EDET-Connection of Knossos-Vouton Universities of Crete with optical fiber. 1. Reading the corresponding maps of the project above. 2. Finding failures in the initial study of the project in terms of capacity in optical fiber network, review and study to better perform its task. 3. Establishment, commissioning and presentation of the project to the contractor. (The connection will be made in installments to the existing network rather than entirely from scratch.) 4. Supervise the installation of optical fiber, addressing the various difficulties and problems in installation because of underground obstacles in the channel of the fiber.• Education about reading maps and network studies.• Telephone customer information on the status of their requests. (New connections, changes to the internet speed , remove rows, etc.) Show less
