Work included generating AutoCad layouts for process flow alternatives in the existing facility, new plant layouts for future expansions, relocation of existing processes to other locations and conceptual cost estimating to determine future capital budget requirements.Oct 2011 - June 2012 OLIN Niagra Falls, NY - Onsite Construction Manager for the construction of a new bleach chemical plant consisting of a tank farm, chiller building, a seven story structural steel process tower and electrical control room. Project included the installation of approximately 11,000 linear feet of carbon steel, stainless, titanium, fiberglass and HDPE piping. Building structures included drilled caissons supporting poured concrete foundations for the buildings and pipe support racks. Conducted scope review of bid packages, developed project schedule, maintained and tracked progress of work in place against schedule and contractual dates.
