During this process, I developed a strong ability in time management and prioritization to meet customer demands. Later, I started working as a planning and personnel manager in a company. In this role, I gained experience in issues such as workforce planning, team management and optimizing business processes. I developed and implemented strategic plans to increase the performance of team members and achieve company goals. I have always worked for the success of my team and have always cared about using my collaboration and communication skills while fulfilling my responsibilities.
