  Set up artwork with customers and suppliers to get to full printing stage, align cylinder availability with planning and overall managing of cylinder department. • In this role I assumed responsibility for all the inputs into the production process, making sure all the relevant production related services are available and in sync with the production so as to effect efficient and fast change-over and print.• The following department heads report directly to me. Quality, Health, Safety and Risk, Cylinder including pre-make ready and Repro.• I am currently the key contact for Tobacco Development and Design for the CTP Group, dealing directly with BAT, PMI and JTI.• I am responsible for the full BAT project management from artwork release to signed-off production print. This includes co-ordination with all stake holders involved in the project. (Repro, Barrel proofing, Cylinders, Dies, Embossing)• I work closely and have a very good relationship with the following international companies: Saueressig, Janoschka, 4Packaging, Marbach, Madern, Keating’s and Wetzel.
