Show less *Process design for the Water Desalination Plants based on Reverse Osmosis which include all technical calculations (pretreatment system, membrane system design, selection of pumps, piping and valves…..etc, control philosophy) according to the required water quality and preparing project detailed BOM, technical and financial offers to customers. *Design including the process detailed design, chemical, mechanical and hydraulic calculations and drawing of the SLD and PID diagrams. *Managing the procurement process for the company's project.*Responsible for ordering spare parts , consumable parts and supplies and knowledgeable in materials management systems. *Knowledge of material & parts requisitions, receiving reports, vendors & suppliers, import duties, shipping terms and methods. *Assist the Maintenance, Operation & Planning / Scheduling departments for procurement of parts & supplies on a time basis, retrieved and packed for use. *Supervise storekeepers & the storeroom operation to meet the material management performance and supervise the internal and external logistics process of the materials. Prepare a budget for the project attached with the technical specs to CEO for final approval and to start in the procurement process. *Providing all RO Desalination Plant Supplies which includes chemicals, mechanical, electrical, geological & water quality measuring devices & deliver them to sites through a complete supply chain management process. *In addition, providing all outside repair services for RO equipments through workshops. *Analyzing the market to find new and alternative suppliers for RO water desalination spares and making performance evaluation for the current vendor through cost, quality & lead time for delivery & adding them to the approved vendor list foreign & domestic.*Preparing bi-weekly report to be submitted to CEO for the previous achievements and the next plan. *Follow up the department on track KPI measurements & upgrade it.
